The recently successfully auctioned 5G spectrum in Brazil will stimulate a wave of investment in telecommunications infrastructure to support the next generation of high-bandwidth applications and services driven by 5G networks. The goal of the three companies is to cooperate to provide end-to-end hardware and software solutions for existing telecom operators and new entrants, and to provide tools to support the growing demand for data traffic on their networks, which will promote the widespread adoption of 5G.

“With the deployment of 5G and the exponential growth of wireless data traffic carried by Airspan’s RAN platform at the edge of the network, a scalable and flexible transmission network becomes critical. With Airspan’s innovation and expertise, it will help Accelerate the adoption of 5G public and private network solutions.” said Richard Vincent, vice president of sales for the Americas at Airspan.
