GYFTA53-62~72Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
Fiber optic cables are a type of communication cable composed of two or more glass or plastic optical fiber cores, which are located within a protective covering, encased by a plastic PVC outer jacket. Signal transmission along the internal fibers generally uses infrared light.
The structure of GYFTA53 optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, with waterproof compounds filling the inside of the tube. The center of the cable core features a non-metallic reinforcement core (FRP), and for certain fiber counts, sloj polietilena (PE) is additionally extruded around the non-metallic reinforcement core. Labava cijev (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps inside the core filled with water-blocking filling material. A layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded after longitudinal wrapping with aluminum-plastic tape (APL), and the outer sheath is formed by extruding polyethylene after longitudinal wrapping with double-sided coated steel tape (PSP).
