GYFTA-26~30Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber encased in a high-modulus material that forms a loose tube, which is filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a non-metallic strengthening core (FRP), which for certain core counts may require an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) extrusion outside the non-metallic strengthening core. The loose tube (and filling ropes) are twisted around the central strengthening core to form a compact and circular cable core, with the gaps inside the cable core filled with water-blocking filler.
The cable is finished with an aluminum tape (APL) longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene jacket. The optical cable is composed of several parts, including the cable core, reinforcing steel wires, filler materials, and the sheath. יתר על כך, depending on the requirements, there may be waterproof layers, buffering layers, and insulating metal conductors.
