GYTZS-74~84Xn Optic Cable Product Overview

The structure of the optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber housed in a loose tube made of high modulus materials, with the inside of the tube filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core, and for certain types of fiber cables, an additional layer of polyethylene (पी.ई) is extruded around the metal reinforcing core. The loose tube and filling yarn are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps within the cable core filled with water-blocking material. A double-sided coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded into a flame-retardant sheath to form the cable.
Optical cables are mainly composed of optical guiding fibers (optical fibers) and plastic protective tubes and outer sheaths. They consist of a certain number of optical fibers arranged in a specific way to form the cable core, which is covered with a sheath, and some are also covered with an outer protective layer, used for transmitting optical signals as a communication line.
