GYTZA-2~6Xn Optic Cable is Loose Tube Layer Stranded Non-armored Flame-retardant Optical Cable
GYTZA-2~6Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of the GYTZA optical cable consists of 250µm optical fibers housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, with the loose tube filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal strength member, and for certain fiber counts, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over the metal strength member. The loose tubes (and filler ropes) are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps inside the cable core filled with water-blocking material. After wrapping with plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL), a flame-retardant sheath is extruded to form the cable.
