GYHTY-4~6Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of GYHTY optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber inserted into a loose tube made of high-modulus materials, with a waterproof compound filling the tube. The center of the cable core is a glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), and the loose tube (ak kòd ranpli) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core. The gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking gel, followed by extrusion of a polyethylene inner sheath, and then wrapped with a layer of aramid before extrusion of a polyethylene outer sheath to form the cable.
The optical cable has mechanical strengths such as tensile resistance, pressure resistance, plat, and bend resistance. The PE sheath also provides UV resistance, supporting high-speed long-distance transmission and resistance to electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for long-distance communication, inter-office communication, metropolitan networks, and campus networks. Its single-mode and multi-mode specifications meet different wavelength and loss requirements, with single-mode loss as low as 0.26dB/km (1550nm), and multi-mode supporting 10 Gigabit transmission rates. The product has passed UL certification and network access approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, complying with communication industry standards.
