GYTZA53-8~12Xn Optic Cable is Loose sleeve layer stranded reinforced core armored flame retardant optical cable, which is mainly used in communication and monitoring systems in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries.
GYTZA53-8~12Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
Loose layer stranded armoured flame retardant fiber optic cable GYTZA53 is a type of cable that provides critical protection for optical fibers. Its full-section water-blocking structure ensures the radial moisture-proof of the fiber optic cable, and enhances the side pressure resistance through double-sided coated aluminum tape longitudinal wrapping. The central steel wire reinforcing core and the cable core are filled with special ointment and double-coated aluminum tape bonded PE inner sheath, as well as the flame retardant outer sheath bonded by rolled steel strip, which together ensure the stability and safety performance of the cable.
Structurally, GYTZA53 optical cables include colored optical fibers, fiber paste, loose tubes, steel wires, water-blocking cable paste, double-sided plastic-coated wrinkled aluminum tape, LSZH inner sheath, double-sided plastic-coated wrinkled steel belt, LSZH outer sheath and other components. Together, these components form a stable structure of the cable, ensuring its performance in a variety of environments.
GYTZA53 Fiber optic cable has excellent mechanical and environmental properties, allowing parameters such as tensile force, bending radius, impact resistance, cable weight, cable outer diameter, number of fibers, service temperature and other parameters to meet specific standards, and is suitable for a variety of laying conditions, including direct burial.

GYTZA53-8~12Xn Optic Cable Product Features
- The loose tube material has good hydrolysis resistance and side pressure resistance. The loose tube is filled with thixotropic water-blocking fiber paste to buffer and protect the optical fiber and realize the full-section water blocking in the loose tube.
- Precise control of the residual length of the fiber in the loose tube and the residual length of the cable core structure ensures that the cable meets the tensile performance and temperature characteristics required by the product standard.
- The water-blocking fiber paste and water-blocking cable paste realize the full-section water blocking of the internal gaps of the optical cable structure and ensure the longitudinal water-blocking performance of the optical cable. Plastic-coated aluminum strips and plastic-coated steel strips improve the moisture retention capacity of the fiber optic cable and prevent moisture from the outside of the fiber optic cable from penetrating into the cable core.
- The LSZH outer sheath has the performance of ultraviolet radiation resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance, which ensures the service life of the optical cable.
- LSZH sheath has excellent flame retardant properties.
