The Cisco 2960 Series Intelligent Ethernet Switch is a new, fixed-configuration, stand-alone family of devices. They provide desktop Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for enhanced LAN services for entry-level enterprise, mid-market, and branch office networks. 1,Automatic QoS (AutoQoS) simplifies the QoS settings of a VoIP network by issuing interfaces and global switch commands for detecting Cisco IP phones, classifying traffic classes, and configuring egress queues.

2,The auto-detection feature on each 10/100 port detects the speed of the connected device and automatically sets the port to 10 atau 100 Mbps, simplifying switch deployment in mixed 10 dan 100 Mbps environments.
