GYFTA53-110~120Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of GYFTA53 optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, with waterproof compounds filling the inside of the tube. The center of the cable core features a non-metallic reinforcement core (चालि), and for certain fiber counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is additionally extruded around the non-metallic reinforcement core. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps inside the core filled with water-blocking filler. A layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded after wrapping with aluminum tape (एपीएल), and a polyethylene outer sheath is formed after wrapping with double-sided coated steel tape (बैज).
This comprehensive structure of the GYFTA53 optical cable ensures durability, resistance to water damage, mechanical strength, and protection against external factors. With these features, the cable enables reliable transmission of data through the optical fibers, making it suitable for various telecommunications and networking applications.
