The loose tube and the filling rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps jazn the core are filled with water-blocking filler. plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) jazs longitudinally wrapped and then extruded jaznto a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
