GYTZA-50~60Xn Optic Cable is Flame-retardance Stranded Loose Tube Optical Cable. It is composed of several parts, including the core, reinforcing steel wires, fillers, and sheath, and may also include components such as waterproof layers, cushioning layers, and insulated metal conductors as needed.
GYTZA-50~60Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of GYTZA optical cable consists of a 250µm optical fiber housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, with the loose tube filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal strength member, and for certain fiber counts, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded around the metal strength member. The loose tube (and filler ropes) is twisted around the central strength member to form a compact and round cable core, with the gaps inside the cable core filled with water-blocking material. After wrapping with coated aluminum tape (APL), a flame-retardant sheath is extruded to form the cable.
