GYFTZA53-122~132Xn Optic Cable is Loose Tube Layer Stranded Non-metallic Reinforced Core Armored Flame-retardant Optical Cable, The optical cable is composed of three parts: a reinforcing core, a cable core, a sheath and an outer sheath. There are two types of cable core structure: single-core type and multi-core type: single-core type has two types: full type and tube bundle type.
GYFTZA53-122~132Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
Gyftza53 fiber optic cables are constructed av inserting a 250μm optisk fiber into a loose tube made av hög–modulus material filled med a waterproof compound. jagn the center of the core is a npå-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and feller some core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is squeezed on top of the npå-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and infill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The sidlastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) is squeezed with a layer of sidolyethylene inner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the dutblåsning-siakttagen sidlastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinellt wrappade into a ckan.
Reinforcements are found in various types of fiber optic cables to carry the tensile force. jagt is made of high-strength materials with high elastic modulus, commonly used steel wire, high-strength glass fiber and high-modulus synthetic fiber aramid. Reinforcements allow the cable to sidroduce only very low elongation set (e.g. less than 0.5%) under service stress to sidrotect the fiber from stress or to withstand only very low stress to prevent fiber breakage.
