- Supporting the Smart Ethernet Protection (SEP) pwotokòl, a ring network • protocol applied to the link layer on an Ethernet network. - Supporting DHCP snooping, which discards invalid packets that do not match any binding entries, such as ARP spoofing packets and IP spoofing packets.
