Description

Huawei OSN7500 II SDH is a new generation of core intelligent optical switching equipment developed by Huawei based on the current status and future development trends of the metropolitan area network. It is mainly applied to the service scheduling node of the metropolitan area network backbone layer, namely OCS (Optical Core Switching) equipment Types.

Huawei OSN7500 II SDH Product Overview

Huawei OSN7500 II SDH adopts a unified switching architecture and can be used as packet equipment and TDM equipment based on MPLS/MPLS-TP technology. With other Huawei equipment, OSN 7500II supports different networking applications: pure packet mode applications, hybrid networking applications (grouping mode and TDM mode overlay networking), and pure TDM mode applications to achieve the best processing of data services and traditional SDH services. In TDM mode, the OSN 7500 II has a large service crossover capacity, which can reach a maximum of 360Gbit/s high-order crossover and 40Gbit/s low-order crossover. In packet mode, its packet switching capacity can reach up to 320Gbit/s.
