Huawei NE20E-S8A Router uses the latest VRP8.0 platform, iaitu platform yang sama dengan Huawei NE5000E. Sistem pengendalian VRP menggunakan RDF (Rangka Kerja Teragih Berdaya tahan) seni bina teragih anjal. Melalui pesawat pengurusan yang agak terpisah, pesawat perniagaan, satah data dan satah kawalan, ia sangat meningkatkan fleksibiliti, kebolehpercayaan, kebolehurusan dan pengembangan keseluruhan sistem.

It can deploy L2VPN, L3VPN, MVPN at the same time according to networking requirements, support simultaneous deployment with TE (Traffic Engineering), support flexible QinQ, support DHCP, and can also provide Netstream and other functions to adapt to traditional Access requirements and emerging service requirements meet the rich bearer requirements for multi-service convergence.
