The S6720 series of 10 Gigabit switches are high-performance box switches launched by Huawei. They provide full wire-speed 10 Gigabit access interfaces and 40GE uplink interfaces, enabling high-density access to 10 Gigabit servers and high-density 40GE cores or aggregations in campus networks. At the same time, the S6720-EI supports rich business features, complete security control strategies, and rich QoS features to meet data center scalability, reliability, manageability, and security challenges.

The simple model S6720S-26Q-EI-24S is only 220mm deep, which can meet the 300mm deep cabinet placement and save installation space.

In this protection state, the power module stops supplying power intermittently. When the system recovers from output overvoltage, the power module automatically resumes power supply.

  • Output overcurrent protection

In this protection state, the power module supplies power intermittently. When the output current is within a range, the power module automatically resumes power supply.

  • Output short-circuit protection

In this protection state, the power module supplies power intermittently. When the short circuit is removed, the power module automatically resumes power supply.

  • Overtemperature protection

When the temperature of the power module exceeds a specified threshold, the power module stops supplying power. When the temperature falls into the normal range, the power module automatically resumes power supply.
